Changing or cancelling

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit, straight from the link in your confirmation text. Inside 24 hours the deposit is kept.

Deposits

Deposits are taken when you book and come off your total at the shop. Refunded in full when you cancel outside the window.

Running late

Your chair is held for 10 minutes. After that the visit may be shortened or treated as a no-show (up to 50% of the service).
